White Plains Hospital Center Announces New Leadership in its Medical and Dental Staffs

White Plains, NY (January 2004) White Plains Hospital Center is proud to announce the promotions of some of its key medical and dental personnel. The promotions, which were effective January 1, 2004, include:

• Colleen Fay, M.D., of New York City, to Chief, Orthopedic Section
