Dr. Palmer is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a Fellow I the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Palmer attended Georgetown University as an undergraduate and earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine. His Internship and Orthopaedic Surgical Residency were at St. Luke's/Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. He completed his fellowship training in Spinal Surgery at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. His practice specializes in spinal and orthopaedic trauma surgery. Dr. Palmer also performs many of the newer minimally invasive techniques in spinal surgery and is involved in research of new surgical techniques.

Dr. Palmer has been in practice in White Plains since 1995 and is also on staff at the Burke Rehabilitation Center.
